  • Sakthi Hi-Tech Fabrications Private Limited moved to bigger premises of 20,000 Sq ft. at Peters Road, Chennai in 1980.
  • Elevated to Sakthi Hi-Tech Fabrications Private Limited in 1989 and moved to own premises around 2 acres at Poonamallee High Road, Velappan chavadi, Chennai in early 1991.
  • Shifted to own 18 acres premise in Melavalam Village, Madurantakam Tk during 2010 in lieu expansion.
  • Serving a number of Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, Power Plant, Refinery, Paper, Cement Plants and other Process Industries.
  • Design and Detail Engineering of Process Equipments such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Reactors with Agitators, 100 M³ Fermenters, Columns, Silos, Bins etc. Paper Plant Equipments such as Digesters, Blow Tanks, Screw Conveyors etc.
  • Fabrication and Erection of Heavy Structures like Boiler House, Chimney, Hoppers, Chutes, Dampers, Ore Handling Equipments, Conveyors, Stackers, Re-claimers, Ship Loaders, Etc.

    b) Chief Controller of Explosives, Nagpur - for Storage Tanks and LPG Bottling plants.
    c) Tariff Advisory Committee - for Fire Hydrant piping.
  • Erection and Site welding of 100 M.T. Heavy Wall Jacketed Shell of Gasifier at CCDP, BHEL, Trichy-620 014.
  • We take up the of Design & Detail Engineering Jobs which includes preparation of Isometrics, Isometrics for IBR approval, Materials Procurement, Statutory approvals etc.
  • We organise non-destructive testing work such as Radiography, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid (Dye) Penetrant Testing, Ultrasonic Testing and Local Stress Relieving jobs for welding, etc.
